The University announces a new edition of award Ernestina de Champourcin

The award seeks to recognize works on relevant female figures and contributions.

Coinciding with the International Women's Day, the group of research in Recent History of the School of Philosophy and Letters of the University and the network WINN of the CYTED program of Institute for Culture and Society (ICS) have announced the XI edition of the award Ernestina de Champourcin.

This award, named after the poet of the Generation of '27, aims to recognize those works that delve into relevant female figures of the contemporary world and the contributions made by women to civilization and culture today.

Final dissertations Master's Degree or thesis defended during the current academic year 2023-24 or the previous academic year may be submitted. The research must be unpublished, of academic and scientific content, and with a length of more than 12,000 words.

The economic endowment of the award is 1000 euros. In addition, there is the possibility of being published in the Ernestina de Champourcin Collection of the publishing house EUNSA.

The deadline for submitting proposals to presentation is May 31, 2024.
