Natalia Clúa's (Arq'13) and Antonio J. Cidoncha's (Arq'13) CBP, awarded by BEAU

The Spanish Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism (BEAU) has selected the works of the two graduates from among the Final Awards presented at degree program .

The VI sample of Final Projects degree program of the XIII BEAU, has awarded the works of the architect Natalia Clúa Longas (ARQ'13) and the architect Antonio J. Cidoncha Pérez (ARQ'13), after examining the 72 panels presented. In addition to the two Final Projects of degree program of the School of ArchitectureIn addition to the two Final Projects from the School, 18 other works by students from other schools were recognized.

"B-ion. Campus business in the Ria de Bilbao", the award-winning work by architect Clúa proposes a complex and dispersed building that starts from urban needs and gives them a solution through its geometry, dissolving both physical and visual limits.

"Time Bank. Regina Turdulorum"by architect Antonio Cidoncha, on the other hand, presents a museum and research center located in the site yet to be exploited of the Roman city of Regina, in Extremadura. The project proposes a dialogue with the pre-existence in which the volumetry and the character of the construction acquire a didactic dimension, materializing guided by the traces of the main landmarks of the historical complex. 

The 72 panels presented will be part of a thematic exhibition within the activities of the XIII BEAU.
