Interview with Christine M. Korsgaard, from Harvard

During her time as a visiting professor at Harvard with a scholarship Fullbright, Professor Ana Marta González took the opportunity to interview an expert on Kantian ethics, Christine M. Korsgaard. Korsgaard has been teaching at Harvard since 1991 and is a specialist in Kantian moral Philosophy and modern history of ethics. This issue of yearbook Philosophical contains the full text of the interview. Korsgaard, in the words of Professor González, "is known among Kant scholars as one of the main interpreters of a new approach of Kantian ethics" that follows the same interpretative line of John Rawls. The interview reflects the main lines of Korsgaard's Philosophy , as well as the outlook of this new line of research of Kantian Philosophy in relation to Aristotelian morality which, according to Korsgaard, have usually been seen "as opposed to each other, (...) whereas it has always seemed to me that their views are broadly compatible."

The issue closes with the usual section of reviews and bibliographic novelties, together with the year's indexes.
