68 professors from the School of Sciences of the University of Navarra will carry out their research work within the high school de research Sanitaria de Navarra (IDISNA), a biomedical multidisciplinary and translational space for basic clinical, epidemiological and health services research . The institution, which is pending accreditation by the high school Carlos III, involves the Navarra Health Service, the Navarra Hospital Complex, the Navarra Public Health and Labor high school , Navarrabiomed-Fundación Miguel Servet, the University of Navarra, the research center Médica Aplicada and the Clínica Universidad de Navarra.

IDISNA's work is organized around 100 groups and 9 areas which are "Oncology and Hematology", "Primary Care", "Cardiovascular Diseases", "Digestive System and Metabolism", "Neurosciences", "Mental Health", "Inflammatory Immune and Infectious Diseases", "Epidemiology and Public Health" and "Advanced Therapies and Diagnostic Innovations". In total, 759 researchers work at IDISNA whose goal is to raise the quality of the research and the attendance and teaching biomedical research in Navarra. So far, the members of high school have already produced more than 300 articles and more than 3300 publications in the last 5 years.
