Rafael Barrio, from high school Sagrado Corazón de Pamplona, wins the 1st Technical Drawing Olympics of the University of Navarra.

The 2nd and 3rd award of this activity of the School of Architecture went to Salvador Arozarena and Javier Indave.

Rafael Barrio Huarte, student of high school Sagrado Corazón de Pamplona, was the winner of the 1st Technical Drawing Olympics, organized by School of Architecture of the University of Navarra on the occasion of its Open Doors workshop . The second and third award went respectively to Salvador Arozarena Eraso, from El Redín, and Javier Indave Sotillos, from Irabia. Also, the finalists were Virginia Yoldi Sáez, from high school Mater Dei-El Puy (Estella) and Iván del Burgo Ullate, from Irabia.

The students received the awards from the hands of the School's Deputy Director , José Ángel Medina. They consisted of a discount on the enrollment to study the Degree of Architecture (1st award), and sketchbooks, lots of books and publications for both the winners and the finalists.

The I Olympiad of Technical Drawing took place on March 17. It was organized with a double purpose: to motivate second year students to value technical drawing as a universal language in the construction and industrial processes; and on the other hand, to practice the necessary habits and skills. high school diploma students to value technical drawing as a universal language in construction and industrial processes; and on the other hand, to practice the habits and skills necessary to overcome the test of university entrance exam.
