"Spanish nurses make the difference".

Expert nurses share their international experience at the conference of career guidance of the School de Enfermeria

"Spanish nurses make the difference". This was stated by Carmen Oyarzábal at the third session of the VII conference of Orientation for the Academic and Professional Nursing development (JOP), dedicated to the employment opportunities abroad, organized by the School of Nursing.

Nursing in the international arena' was the degree scroll of the roundtable which brought together four nurses with professional experience abroad: Oyarzábal in Finland, Cristina Labiano in France, Sandra Shimmel in the United States and Amaya Ibarrola in the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia. They were also accompanied by Teresa Fernández de Mesa, director of the agency 'Enfermeras FM'. Professor Agurtzane Mújica moderated the colloquium.

"We came out very well prepared."

"We came out very well prepared. The training we receive at the University of Navarra is excellent."said Shimmel. The other speakers agreed with her, highlighting the training qualities of Spanish nurses that are valued internationally.

The session provided recommendations for "to go on an adventure"as Labiano encouraged the more than 75 attendees. Among them: know well the language, patience with the formalities, better to go in company and try to visit the place before moving.
