On the occasion of the #jobdayunav, organized by the Schools of Pharmacy and Nutrition, and Sciences of the University of Navarra, a selection process "On Campus" was held with the participation of 12 students of Master's Degree in research, development and Medication Innovation (MIDI), with the goal to fill two positions of work through scholarship PIE in the multinationals Idifarma and CINFA.

Muskilda Pascualena, manager of development de Personas de Idifarma, pointed out that the graduates of the University of Navarra "are one of our main sources for recruiting junior talent, and we want them to take us into account when developing their future employment project ".

In the case of Idifarma, the selection process On Campus had as goal to hire a person to support its department of Registrations, "to support the projects of development of medicines from the beginning, focusing on the preparation of registration dossiers for the presentation in national and international drug agencies", details the manager of HR.

Regarding the specific search for students who have studied the Master's Degree MIDI at the University of Navarra, Pascualena argued that this postgraduate program "is very oriented towards the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, it is a Master's Degree that talks about how companies in our sector are organized and what they require, which gives them a very good basis for understanding the business and participating in it," she said.
