lecture on reputation staff

After the submission of diploma, María Such, manager of BBVA Reputation, gave a lecture entitled "From the reputation of organizations to the reputation staff".

During his speech, he explained that the value of a business is made up of intangible factors and, in turn, is determined by the balance between what it does and what it communicates. "In addition, it is preferable that we are not the ones doing the talking, we have to convince others that we are good so that they talk about us," he specified.

Likewise, companies and citizens "must be aware that the expectations of the stakeholders that make up reputation are changing". In fact, as the expert pointed out, "in 2008 a solvent bank was not the main concern of customers; however, after the economic crisis it has become fundamental".
