A new book invites us to understand how AI influences our daily decisions

Artificial intelligence already plays a role in everyday decisions such as information consumption, online shopping, and data management . However, its functioning and its social and ethical implications remain little known to a significant portion of the public. With the goal bringing this reality closer to the general public, Jesús López-Fidalgo, Full Professor the University of Navarra, has published AI: Challenges and Opportunities, publishing house by publishing house .

Jesús López-Fidalgo is Full Professor Statistics and research and director Institute of data Science data Artificial Intelligence (DATAI) at the University of Navarra. His research focuses on data science, applied statistics, and artificial intelligence, and he has extensive academic and outreach experience.
