160 students from the University of Navarra's NursingSchool participated in the "I Health Promotion Week: alcohol consumption in young people" organized by the academic center's classroom Saludable. Over the course of several days, the students were able to learn more about the consequences of the consumption of this substance, which is considered the second leading risk factor for disease in Europe and the drug of choice among young people.

Among the activities organized by the classroom Saludable, which aims to develop the potential of the university as a health promoting agent, there were several conferences, activities on stimulation, circuits on the effect of alcohol on the body and even a simulation. partnership All of them had the support of the General Administration of Traffic (DGT), the association of Brain Damage of Navarra (ADACEN) and the association Navarra de financial aid and Rescue DYA.

Finally, as part of the program, 13 other students from School Nursing participated in previous sessions of training to become health agents and thus teach and share values, behaviors and information about healthy habits among their peers.
