The former Vice President of the European Central Bank, Vítor Constâncio, offers his first class to the students of Degree at campus in Pamplona. Constâncio is director of the Chair Cuatrecasas de Estabilidad Financiera of the School of Economics of the University of Navarra and professor of Master's Degree in Banking and Financial Regulation.
The Chair seeks to be a framework of partnership between the signature of lawyers and the educational center in the fields of teaching, training and research, specifically by promoting and partnership in activities related to monetary policy, the banking environment and financial regulation.
During his term as Vice-President of the ECB, Constâncio was one of the great advocates of the necessary Banking Union as part of the great European project based on three pillars: single supervision, single resolution mechanism and European deposit insurance.
