The Core Curriculum Institute at the University of Navarra held the closing ceremony for the first edition of the Semper Professor program, a training initiative training which 34 professors from 14 Schools participated.
The event featured a discussion paper position Jesús San Miguel titled “Leadership and Professional Motivation.” In his presentation, he reflected on the driving forces behind professional action—not just the what and the how, but above all the why—and on the value of working toward a shared vision that goes beyond individual gain. In the face of the temptation to remain in one’s comfort zone, San Miguel advocated for constructive nonconformity and a culture of assessment partnership necessary conditions for improvement.
