The Eduniversal ranking places the University's Master's Degree in Personnel Management Service in Organizations (MDPO) as the first in Spain.
The three main aspects assessed by this ranking are program reputation, student satisfaction and employability.
The Master's Degree at Personnel Management Service in Organizations (MDPO) of the School of Economics and Business Administration of the University of Navarra is the first in Spain in its specialization program, the issue 20 in Western Europe and is among the top 100 in the world, according to the Eduniversal master's degreeranking. The program's reputation, student satisfaction and employability have been assessed.
This Master's Degree combines a solid anthropological foundation with a necessary business vision and aims to train professionals capable of transforming organizations through people, generating a change of approach: from management human resources to Personnel Management Service. At the same time, it aims to train professionals who know the fundamentals of the other areas of the organization so that they can align their objectives with those of business.
Eduniversal compiles the ranking based on surveys answered by universities and business schools themselves, as well as by students and employers. The study also takes into account other factors such as the possibility of doing professional internships during the program and the international outreach of their students and professors.
