"A leader is someone who goes through the world to make others live better". This is what Carlos Andreu said today during the XI Forum of Humanities organized by the School of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Navarra. "Each of us must make ourselves happy in order to make others happy. And we should not wait for time to pass before getting down to it, because we always postpone the good things".
This was one of the messages that consultant and speaker launched to the attendees during the session "Motivation in times of uncertainty". "It is true that we live surrounded by negative news that generates a certain disenchantment and pessimism; but many times, this disenchantment is caused by ourselves, worrying until we suffer for things over which we have no control", he explained.
He also gave some advice on how to achieve success: "It is based on the management of three things: self-knowledge, satisfaction staff and a positive mental attitude".
Regarding the topic of the XI Forum of Humanities -the training humanistic business-, he emphasized that a professional with this profile "has a great capacity to make us take care of the important things, the good, the beautiful and the true. Values that, today more than ever, are very necessary". He added that "having people with clear and well-defined priorities is fundamental in companies".
