The University and Caja Rural renew their partnership partnership agreement
The agreement reinforces mobility international scholarships and support for business creation, among other projects.
The University has signed a new partnership agreement with Caja Rural de Navarra for 2018, whereby the financial institution will support various initiatives.
The agreement was signed by Alfonso Sánchez-Tabernero, President of the academic center; Ignacio Terés Los Arcos, president of Caja Rural de Navarra; and Roberto Cabezas, director of the business-University Foundation and Career Services of the University of Navarra.
The projects financed include grants from Degree and mobility for students. The agreement includes the financing of 45 Global Intership by Caja Rural scholarships that promote student internships in countries around the world. In addition, the entity will support the program. Alumni Scholarshipswhich is aimed at students with a good academic record transcript and without sufficient financial resources to study at the University of Navarra.
The agreement also includes the partnership of Caja Rural with entrepreneurship through its Inicia Program. Through this agreement, the financial institution will strengthen the creation of companies that start up in the area of the University of Navarra by providing financing and resources for their development.
The interest of both institutions in promoting healthy sports is reflected in agreement through the Sports, Food and Health Program. Students and employees of the University benefit from the program through a medical follow-up that includes periodic check-ups and physical planning. Caja Rural will also help finance the professional volunteer activities activities promoted by the University through Tantaka.
