Proposals can be submitted until January 20.
The University of Navarra has launched a competition to find a suitable name for its future research center at Humanities and Social Sciences. This center will bring together teams from different areas of knowledge to work on some of the most relevant issues of contemporary societies. It will have four main areas: "Poverty and development"; "Family, Education and Society"; "Contemporary Art"; and "Globalization, Human Rights and Interculturalism".
The competition is open to students and professionals of the University, who can submit their ideas from January 11 to 20. Those interested may send their proposals to concurso@unav.es including their name and surname and e-mail address in the body of the message.
The proposed name should reaffirm the mission statement of the center and be intelligible in all languages (mainly English and Spanish), short, easy to pronounce, write and remember. It can be the name of a person, a word or an acronym of 3 to 5 letters.
The best idea will be awarded with a laptop (LENOVO ThinkPad T400). The results will be announced on January 25.
