Professor Sara Magallón obtains a financial aid for Ramón y Cajal Contract
This financial aid will allow him to continue his line of research on neurodevelopmental disorders.
The professor of the School of Education and PsychologySara Magallón has obtained one of the 175 Ramón y Cajal contract grants of 40,000 euros financed by the Ministry of Economics, Industry and Competitiveness (MINECO). The professor has obtained one of the two grants destined to Sciences of the Education, which will allow her to continue with her line of research on neurodevelopmental disorders; specifically, on detection, diagnosis and intervention of the disorder of procedural coordination development , which is often associated with dyslexia and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
This financial aid Ramón y Cajal is a 5-year contract aimed at hiring researchers in Spanish universities and intensifying the research. The requirements to be eligible for them is to obtain the doctorate between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2014 and to have completed a stay of 24 months in an external center.
