The Navarra Construction Industrialization Cluster held its annual assembly at the University of Navarra, followed by an open event at . School of Architecture University of Navarra its annual assembly of members, followed by an event open to the public at the classroom magna. 

The event began with a welcome from Carlos Naya, director of School of Architecture, who welcomed the more than 140 attendees. 

Afterwards, Íñigo Eugui, president of the Cluster, reviewed the milestones core topic of the association, which started with 11 members and before its first year of existence has already 49, with an aggregate turnover equivalent to 32% of the value chain of the construction sector in Navarre. 

Likewise, the lines of work to be carried out during the next months and the structure to carry them out have been presented, with thematic groups of work led by different companies. 

The communication agency YOU average, through its founder and creative director Ecequiel Barricart, has presented the new brand and image of the Cluster, which is now called "iCONS" and will soon have a website. 

The guest speaker was Carlos Lamela, architect and executive president of Estudio Lamela, who illustrated that industrialization is, although still incipient, "a constructive reality of present and future", with real examples carried out by his studio. 

The attendees agree, despite the undeniable difficulties, on the exciting moment of change that the construction industry, one of the main sectors of the region, is going through, with challenges such as the aforementioned industrialization, sustainability, digitalization, artificial intelligence or the training of its workers in all these new skills.
