60 researchers from 11 countries debate on the image of power in the Golden Age
The meeting is part of the European network "Authority and Power in the Golden Age", financed by the Jerónimo de Ayanz Program of the Government of Navarra.
The group of research Siglo de Oro (GRISO) of the University of Navarra has organized the international congress "Image and reality: the symbolic universe of power in the Golden Age". The meeting, held at the University of Navarra, will be attended by 60 researchers from Spain, Portugal, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Poland, Romania, Chile, Puerto Rico and the United States. thesis Nine GRISO researchers (Ignacio Arellano, Álvaro Baraibar, Andrés Eichmann, Luis Galván, Pilar Latasa, Mariela Insúa, Carlos Mata Induráin, Jesús María Usunáriz and Rafael Zafra), as well as 10 doctoral students who are doing their doctoral studies in the framework of the research projects on the Golden Age of the GRISO, are participating with papers in the congress .
