A first step to approach the research with the monograph of the high school diploma International

More than 850 attendees participate in the 5th edition of the Monograph Fair

More than 850 attendees participated in the V edition of the Monograph Fair for schools of high school diploma International organized by the School of Education and Psychology of the University of Navarra, which for the second consecutive year was held at modality online.

Among the audience were students and teachers from 29 schools in eleven autonomous communities high school diploma from 29 schools in eleven autonomous communities: Andalusia, Aragon, Asturias, Catalonia, Castile-La Mancha, Valencia, the Canary Islands, Madrid, Murcia, Navarre and the Basque Country.

The goal of the Monograph Fair is "toshare good practices in the different methodologies of research in view of the work monograph. The workshops organized during the day offer an opportunity to broaden methodological knowledge, deepen the use of information, and detect different approaches and new options in the research", says Monica Sepulveda, IB coordinator of the University of Navarra.

"Through this work of research, students can not only learn about topic from research, methodology, critical thinking and creativity, but also important transferable skills such as time management, perseverance, resilience and decision making," continues Sepulveda.

The five workshops organized focused on the methodology of research in the following areas: Experimental Sciences, language foreign, Human and Social Sciences, language and literature, and Mathematics. The speakers for each of them were teachers from different centers that teach the methodology of the International School. high school diploma International, such as Esperanza Santamaría, from high school San Patricio (Madrid). Also participating were professors and researchers from the University such as Ruth Breeze, Mark Gibson, Maite Aznárez and Ana Zúñiga.
