The University's Sustainability Club and Campus Home promote a week focused on sustainability and entrepreneurship.
It will take place between 21 and 26 March, in a hybrid format, in person and online.

The Sustainability Club of the University of Navarra and Campus Home, business dedicated to the university accommodation , are promoting the second edition of the sustainability week, Green Week, which will take place between 21 and 26 March, with activities that will take place in person and online. With the slogan, "Change the world in a sustainable way", Green Week aims to be a point of meeting of projects and companies related to sustainability as well as activities of training and entrepreneurship aimed at students.
The Sustainability Club of the University of Navarra, made up of more than 130 students, leads this initiative and promotes partnership among the different university clubs of various Schools such as Law, Economics, School of Architecture School of Engineering-Tecnun and speech. "The students are organising this activity so that the university community can learn more about sustainability, a cross-cutting discipline in which we can all participate. We encourage everyone at campus to join this initiative, it's time to create alliances to make a change!", said Gabriela Pajuelo, student of International Office and in charge of the club.
For his part, Daniel Herrera, manager of development of the Campus Home ecosystem, sums up the objectives of these conference: "Green Week is another step in the commitment of Campus Home not only to be a great place to live, but also to be a complement to development staff of the students of the University of Navarra. With this event we seek to educate students in the values of sustainability and entrepreneurship with the help of businessmen and entrepreneurs, as well as promoting learning through activities that go a step beyond what they learn in the classroom".
Green Week is supported by partnership from Career Services, the University's Careers Office , and the BIOMA Center.
Confirmed speakers include Jerusalem Hernández, partner at KPMG Sustainability and Good Governance; Antonio Espinosa de los Monteros, CEO of Auara; and Josu Jon Imaz, CEO of Repsol. Also participating will be the companies Velca, Pandago.eco, Blablacar and Wallbox, related to sustainable mobility ; Nike, Humpier and Hemper, fashion and sustainable accessories; Orpheus, specialising in energy efficiency for companies and buildings; Gravity Wave, business focused on cleaning the Mediterranean Sea of plastics; Ekomodo, stationery and articles for design and ecological gifts; Fundeen, dedicated to management investments in renewable energies; Hobeen, the first energy efficiency app; and Too Good to Go, an app that aims to avoid food waste.
In addition to the meetings with the different companies, those attending will be able to take part in practical workshops on recycling clothes or sustainable cooking and activities at volunteer activities, such as the cleaning of the river Sadar, which will take place on Saturday 26 March.
