Human AI wins the Best Digital Collaborative project at the IRIS Digitalization Awards. These awards are organized by the Digital Innovation Pole of Navarra (IRIS) to recognize and reward annually the best initiatives and projects in the field of digitization, serving as a platform for dissemination and promotion of the necessary digital transformation in companies, entities and organizations in Navarra.

In this first edition of the awards, Human AI, an artificial intelligence assistant that offers immediate analysis of socioemotional competencies based on the natural language with which a person expresses him/herself in his/her texts, stood out. This approach avoids self-perception bias and eliminates the need for tedious questionnaires, revolutionizing the assessment of emotional and social skills. This is a collaborative project between the Institute of Science of the data and Artificial Intelligence(DATAI) of the University of Navarra and the company HumanAI Tech. In addition, several educational centers have participated in the testing and fine-tuning of the tool.

"Human AI puts technology and Artificial Intelligence at the service of human development . Therefore, we seek to support professionals and organizations with information on Socioemotional Competencies, helping them to act where it really matters. This award recognizes that the innovation in transfer that we do at the University can become tangible and benefit society", says Iván Cordón, director Innovation of DATAI.

The Digital Innovation Pole of Navarra, IRIS, is promoted through the Departments of University, Innovation and Digital Transformation and Industry, Ecological and Digital Business Transition of the Government of Navarra, with the partnership of the Navarra Foundation for Excellence.

"Give me 1,000 words and I'll tell you who you are."

Human AI provides instant personality and social-emotional skills (SES) assessments, according to the OECD-based model , using a simple 1,000-word text. This revolutionary system uses advances in psycholinguistics and artificial intelligence to provide comparative results based on a comprehensive database worldwide.

Unlike traditional methods, Human AI allows professionals to save time and money compared to traditional psychometric tests. In addition, its innovation stands out for accepting not only written text, but also voice notes, which are automatically transcribed without retaining biometric information, ensuring the privacy of users and the security of the data.

"The system goes beyond the limitations of traditional questionnaires by offering assessments of the 5 traits of the model OCEAN, as well as the facets of each, in immediate and easily understandable individual reports. In addition, it provides group and customized reports according to users' needs," explains María Beúnza (CEO of HumanAI Tech).

Human AI at the service of development human

Human AI's proposal goes beyond technological innovation by putting artificial intelligence at the service of human development and society. Based on scientific evidence, Human AI recognizes the growing importance of socioemotional competencies in areas such as Education, employment and well-being staff.

"Scientific evidence in recent decades sample that SES are an increasingly relevant factor in Education, work and life in general. They have been proven to influence relevant life outcomes, from educational to health and well-being staff", says Cordón.

With this distinction, Human AI consolidates its leading position in the application internship of artificial intelligence in the service of human development , contributing to the growth of individuals and organizations in the digital era.
