Scimago Journal Rank places the four journals of the Ecclesiastical Schools in the Q1 quartile.

The portal ranks Scientia et fides, Ius Canonicum, Scripta Theologica and yearbook of Church History among the 25% of the world's most relevant journals in the field of scientific programs of study related to religion.

The scientific publication portal Scimago Journal Rank (SJR) has ranked the four journals of the Ecclesiastical Schools among those with the highest international impact. Thus, Scientia et Fides, of the EcclesiasticalSchool of Philosophyranks 67th out of 628 journals in the field of scientific programs of study related to religion; Ius Canonicum, of the School of Canon Lawis ranked 81st; and Scripta Theologica and the yearbook of Church History, from the School of Theologyare ranked 104th and 150th respectively. All of them are placed in Q1, that is, within the top 25% of the world's most relevant journals in their category.

Among the Spanish journals, Ius Canonicum and Scripta Theologica are ranked first and second, and yearbook of Church History fifth. Likewise, Scientia et fides, which is published in Poland by the Nicolaus Copernicus University of Torun and by the group 'Ciencia, Razón y Fe' (CRYF) of the University of Navarra, is not included in the Spanish ranking. Scientia et fides articles are published in several languages, and are available on the network under Creative Commons licence .

Ius Canonicum is the biannual review of the School of Canon Law , which publishes, in print and online, peer-reviewed scientific articles on Canon Law in all areas of Church and State ecclesiastical law. It also includes the legislation and sentences of the Tribunals of the Holy See, with appropriate commentary. It also contains reviews and chronicles of jurisprudence, legislation and scientific meetings.

Scripta Theologica is the journal of the School of Theology and is published three times a year: February, June and October. It contains articles and bibliographical reviews on biblical and systematic theology, patrology and liturgy. It promotes an interdisciplinary approach and pays attention to current theological issues. From the date of its appearance in 1969, it has made a significant contribution to the development theology through the writings of its numerous contributors. Its presence within the university has always facilitated dialogue with the major areas of human knowledge .

yearbook of Church History is the journal of the Institute of Church History belonging to the School of Theology of the University of Navarra. It gathers the results of original research, both by national and foreign authors, in ecclesiastical, religious, theological and artistic history. Since 1992 it has published one Issue a year, in March, of about 600 pages. The contents are structured in programs of study, Historiography and bibliography, Conversations, Chronicles and Reviews.
