350 experts from 30 countries attend the XIII International Family Nurse Practitioner's Conference at the University congress
Organized by the School of Nursing and the International Family Nursing Association (IFNA), it is held at the University of Navarra Museum.

This week the University of Navarra is hosting the XIII congress International Family Nursing Conference, organized by the School de Enfermería and the International Family Nursing Association (IFNA). From Wednesday 14th to Saturday 17th June, around 350 experts in Family and Community Nursing from 30 countries will meet for the first time in Spain.
The program features plenary lectures as well as hands-on workshops. From agreement with the association International Family Nurse Practitioner (IFNA), the congress has three main objectives: to provide professionals with creative training strategies that address art and science; to highlight excellence in Family Nursing, which promotes health around the world; and promote the partnership in this discipline through contexts of internship, Education, research and innovation.
Cristina García-Vivar, Vice-Dean of research of the Nursing School and member of IFNA, explains what it means for the University of Navarra to host this meeting: "It is a recognition of the commitment to research multidisciplinary in the field of the family that is carried out in the different centers of the academic institution, both in the Institute for Culture and Society as well as in the Schools".
