Silvia Milagros, who graduated in Biology in the 2014-15 academic year, has been recognized for her efforts with the award Talento to the best academic transcript of the University of Navarra, which is awarded annually on the occasion of the European Student Fair and the employment, held at the Baluarte conference center.
Led by the Dean the School of Science, Luis Montuenga, Silvia received the award the student with transcript highest transcript the Public University of Navarra (UPNA), the National University of Education (UNED) in Pamplona, and the top students in high school diploma, vocational training (Degrees and advancedDegrees ), and the student who achieved the highest grade university entrance exam. In addition, Manuel Torres, founder of the business , was honored for his professional achievements.
For the Biology graduate, the news of the award was a surprise: "I knew I had a good average, but I did not expect to be the best transcript of the University. I was overjoyed. In his opinion, "it is quite complicated to get a transcript like this if you don't give up certain things you may have. At least for me, it has cost me a lot. In fact, I am part of a group of dantzaris -local traditional dances- and I have been teaching a group of girls for several years, and combining rehearsals, performances and the work of the degree program has been sometimes complicated and always a challenge to learn how to organize myself".
That is why he is grateful for the support of his family, his people and, during these last two years, of his tutor of the work Final of Degree: "Without their support, I would not have achieved this result". Next year he wants to continue his training with the Master's Degree in research Biomedicine at the University of Navarra and with the same tutor that helped him in his work final of Degree.
