The University submission the 'award to the commitment to young talent' to Cinfa at the HR Gala 2019
More than 200 executives from leading companies in our country attended the III edition of the event.
On February 21, for the third consecutive year, an essential event for the world of Human Resources in Spain, meeting , was held: The HR Galaan event in which more than 200 HR leaders gathered to recognize professionals in the sector for their contribution staff.
As a novelty, this year the distinction 'award University of Navarra to the commitment to young talent' was awarded to laboratory pharmaceuticals Cinfawhich this year celebrates 50 years offering quality pharmaceutical solutions for people's health and wellbeing. Roberto Cabezas, executive director of Career Services University of Navarra, was in charge of explaining how this award arose, which was received on behalf of Cinfa by Javier Razquin, Technician of development People of the pharmaceutical laboratory .
"We have been building bridges with the business world for many years and today with more than 4,000 companies.. In this journey, we would like to highlight Cinfa for its commitment and support to development of young talent. For its part, Cinfa thanked award through a video starring Patricia Elía, director starring Patricia Elía, director of development People at Cinfa. The organizers of the event, Pedro García-Cano, CEO of WTC; Juan Carlos Pérez Espinosa, president of group Facthum; and, Francisco García Cabello, partner-director of AZC GLOBAL and founder and director general of Foro Recursos Humanos, welcomed the guests at the Palace Hotel in Madrid with a cocktail, after which the gala dinner took place. During the evening, leading professionals provided an exclusive analysis of the importance of people in our organizations.

Roberto Di Bernardi, director global HR at Banco Santander, received the 'award Workday award for the digitization of the HR function'.
The 'award to the trajectory of development of talent' went to Juan de Mora, director corporate People First of Desigual.
Finally, the 'award al development al del bienestar en la organización' went to Mercedes Almendro, Director of Talent and Director of International People and Headquarters at Mahou San Miguel.
