Alumnos de la Escuela de Ingenieros de la Universidad de Navarra, subcampeones en los premios “Manager Game”
Students from the School of Engineering of the University of Navarra, runners-up in the "Manager Game" awards.
Last Thursday, April 14, the awards of the XVIII edition of the Manager Game of Caja Rural de Navarra were presented at the headquarters of the Confederación de Empresarios de Navarra.
The first award of the XVIII edition of the Manager Game of Caja Rural de Navarra was for the team of the Public University of Navarra (UPNA), "Patatas Astroain", formed by Guillermo Barbadillo, Ignacio Ardaiz and José Luis Pérez Motos.
The second place went to the team "Sip Team", from the School of Engineering of the University of Navarra, whose members received a €2,000 prize, award .
The Manager Game is a game based on an online platform that simulates skill between companies in a real market. Players must decide their business strategy based on estimates of the behavior of the market, made up of the rest of the teams.
The submission awards ceremony, inaugurated by José Antonio Sarría Terrón, president of the CEN, was attended by Begoña Urien, general director of business of the Government of Navarra, Daniel Montoya, manager of the entrepreneur line of Caja Rural de Navarra, Pablo Martín, manager of the area of Entrepreneurs of the Foundation business University of Navarra, Carlos Blanque, director of marketing of Diario de Noticias and Joseba de la Torre, Dean of the School of Economics and Business of the Public University of Navarra.
Also at the event also spoke the founder of La Bruixa d'Or, Xavier Gabriel, with the lecture entitled "The work to make dreams come true.
The fourth and fifth place in the Manager Game Caja Rural was for two other groups of students from the University of Navarra: the teams "Arathorn and children" and "Alsuave Solutions. And in third and sixth place were the UPNA teams "Ecoupna" and "Los Quillos".
