Nutrition and Metabolism, a bet of specialization of the new Master's Degree in research Biomedical

The newMaster's Degree in research Biomedical of the University of Navarra was presented in Madrid to about fifty people. This postgraduate program multidisciplinary offers a specific and highly qualifiedtraining with the purpose to prepare students for the present challenges of research in biomedicine, biotechnology and health.
Among its areas of research, it offers the specialization program in Nutrition and Metabolism, a pathway that provides the student a current and advancedknowledge of the research in Nutrition. The goal is to train you in specific competences to advance in the early diagnosis, prevention and personalized treatment of alterations related to nutrition and metabolism, with special interest in obesity and associated complications, increasingly important problems for Public Health. This specialization program in Nutrition and Metabolism will be available from the next edition of Master's Degree 2014-2015.
A postgraduate program multidisciplinary and interfacultativeIn addition to Nutrition and Metabolism, the new Master's Degree in research Biomedical offers three other specialties: 'Cancer', 'research Translational' and 'Neuroscience and Cognition'. These itineraries respond to the lines of research that are developed in the Schools of Pharmacy, Medicine and Science, the research center in Nutrition (CIN), the research center Applied Medicine and the Clínica Universidad de Navarra. This multidisciplinary and inter-faculty character of the postgraduate program allows for a more complete and clearer vision of the translational aspect of biomedical research .
