Since last April and until next September, Nuria Pérez (Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Complutense University of Madrid) is doing the final work of the European UniversityMaster's Degree in Food, Nutrition and Metabolism (E-MENU) at the research center in Nutrition (CIN) of the University of Navarra, in partnership with the Clínica Universidad de Navarra (CUN) and the Complejo Hospitalario de Navarra (CHN). There she participates in a project on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in obese Navarra population, through a clinical and scientific approach multidisciplinary and nutrition.

So far, Nuria values the experience "excellently", since she is finding it "very useful" and since the first day she has had a tutor at the University and other people from the researcher team who help her and explain "everything in detail". "In addition," he adds, "Ihave all the necessary means to carry out the project. In these months I am having the opportunity to deepen in areas in which I had not had the chance to collaborate, and this gives me a complete vision of the different areas of work of a dietitian-nutritionist". "For me, at final, it is being a great opportunity to enjoy the learning and take it to internship"

The Master's Degree E-MENU consists of a theoretical period and a later part internship which includes the realization of the work end of Master's Degree (TFM). The latter part offers students the possibility to work on research projects, where they can choose the one that best suits their preferences. "In my case, I tried to choose a project that combined both the clinical and research part in nutrition," explains Nuria, who will defend her work next September.
