The University of Navarra has closed its sports course with the Sports Gala 2014. The event was held at the Civivox Iturrrama, where the most outstanding students, professors and university centers were awarded the distinctions and sporting recognitions of this year.

Among the most outstanding awards were the award to the best athlete of the University of Navarra, which went to Javier Valderrey (Medicine) and Amaia Benavente (School of Engineering of San Sebastian - Tecnun); the award of the Olympic Center programs of study to the Values of Sport, which went to the journalist Chus Lue ngo andthe San Ignacio Sports Club; and the three awards of the Trophy President 2014: to Goimendi, as the best, to Medicine, as the best and to Mendaur and Economics, for their participation. high school Mayorto Medicine, as best School and to high school Mayor Mendaur and the School of Economics, for their participation.

Also in this edition, as a novelty, the award Deporte Solidario has been awarded to Teresa Gutiérrez, for the Basketball Workshop she has organized for more than 30 immigrant children with the Core Foundation.
