Celia Burgaz, graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Complutense University of Madrid (2017), studied the Master's Degree University in European in Food, Nutrition and Metabolism (E-MENU) ( 2018) and during the last months she completed the work Fin de Master's Degree Intermacional at department Food and Nutrition of the University of Helsinki.

Celia says that "I mainly learned how to make a work from research through scientific reasoning, but above all I saw how much I could contribute there with the knowledge I learned at E-MENU".

This international experience has not only served him to broaden his scientific knowledge but has also helped him understand "the importance of integrating into a team, of trying to understand its dynamics as quickly as possible. I have learned, therefore, to organize myself and to be more efficient," he says. In addition, he adds, "not only did I learn to adapt to their way of working, but I also taught them the customs of my country and the Education we have. I think that symbiosis has been one of the most special things about this exchange, both for me and for them. Now that I am back and we are still at contact, I realize even more the bond that has been created and the importance of all that we have taught each other."

Celia concludes by stating that "when you find yourself doing a overseas study period, you start to feel that you represent the University of Navarra wherever you are. I would choose the option of doing the TFM internationally every time. It is worth it".
