Six School Medicine graduates receive Uniteco Professional Excellence Awards spanish medical residency program
The awardees received a place in the top 50 of the exam.
Graduates of the School of Medicine have received the Awards for Excellence spanish medical residency program that Uniteco Professional awards to the top 50 candidates in the Resident Intern Medical Examination. Among the winners were Iñaki Eguren (10), Javier Nogueira (20), Rodrigo Sánchez Bayona (26), Cristina Alfaro (38), Víctor Pereira Sánchez (45) and Sandra Castejón (48). The University of Navarra was the most outstanding academic center with six alumni among the winners, followed by the Complutense University of Madrid and the Autonomous University of Madrid, with five each.
The event, which took place in Madrid, was attended by the Minister of Health of the Community of Madrid, Javier Maldonado, the Deputy Minister of Health Planning of the region, Paloma Martín, and several deans and deputy deans of universities throughout Spain, including the Deputy Dean of Students and Office of Academic Affairs of the School of Medicine, Arantza Campo.
