Tanya McCance will give a lesson from Chair María Egea
University of Ulster researcher to speak on development and evidence from person-centered internship

On October 4, at 13h, will take place in the auditorium of the CIMA the lesson of the Chair Maria Egea to position of Tanya McCance, director of the Institute of Nursing and Health Research, as well as manager of the research center Person-centered Practice of the University of Ulster (Ireland).
McCance has worked as a nurse since 1990 and during her degree program has held various positions in higher Education and health and social attendance institutions, demonstrating her commitment to the integration of internship, Education and research. She currently leads a research program based on the Person-Centered internship framework , a theoretical model that is internationally recognized. Her research is internship and partnership based in nature and focuses especially on the development of person-centered cultures.
