13 students of the program at Personnel Management Service and 9 students of the Banking and Financial Regulation program are already doing internships in companies.

The 2012 graduating class of the Master's Degree programs of the School in Economics and Business Administration of the University of Navarra are already doing internships in companies. The 13 students of the Master's Degree in Personnel Management Service in Organizations and the 9 students of the Master's Degree in Banking and Financial Regulation celebrated for the first time a joint graduation ceremony in the classroom Magna of the Central Building of the University of Navarra.

The dean of the School, Reyes Calderón, was in charge of personally congratulating the students, who also listened to the speeches of the course delegates: Juan Hernández and Laura Guibert. The ceremony ended with the chords and lyrics of 'Gaudeamus Igitur'.

The Master in Economics and Finance provides students with a solid training in economic analysis and financial theory. Rigorousness and specialization are the two main lines of a program that combines theoretical knowledge with internship. Students become familiar with design, analysis and empirical comparison of theoretical models. It therefore combines a first more theoretical part, which is then applied internship in a project of research real which serves as work final Master's Degree. English is the language of reference letter in a course of international character.

The Master's Degree in Personnel Management Service in Organizations is focused precisely to make the step from the management of Human Resources to the Personnel Management Service. The students of this official Master's Degree acquire a deep knowledge of the anthropological, psychological and social roots of the person. From this perspective, people cease to be a resource and come to exercise the essential role that corresponds to them because a Personnel Management Service anchored in a humanistic approach

In addition to the knowledge acquired through the case method, students participate in an individualized coaching program. In this way, they will be able to develop their professional skills and acquire the necessary abilities to put the technique on internship in their professional degree program . The program is completed with internships in companies and organizations, where the student can apply the knowledge acquired, in addition to further training.
