Contribute ideas as well as errors"Good Personnel Management Service and innovation mark the competitive advantage in companies. Today it is possible to have similar technological means, but it is not so easy to create a business culture where everyone feels welcome," said Antonio Barba. In Spain," he said, "it is difficult for people to contribute or participate in the business environment, because there is a fear of failure and ridicule". In his opinion, "we must allow professionals to make mistakes, give them confidence and autonomy, let them take on responsibilities and meet certain objectives. This is what is important in Personnel Management Service.
In his opinion, "the core topic of a good manager is to be a leader, with the ability to create a team and adequately communicate the mission statement of the business. He must know the concerns and aspirations of his employees, know what they are like and not see them as mere resources. In addition, he must look for people with initiative and the ability to work as part of a team: "People willing to collaborate, contributing ideas and also making mistakes," he concluded.
