The President has appointed María Fernández Ygartua General Manager of the institute of modern languages of the University of Navarra, position , which she will combine with that of General Manager of ISSA School of Management Assistants, which she has held since 2014. He replaces Miguel Lucas, who has recently joined the School of Architecture as coordinator of programs of study.

María Fernández Ygartua has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University and completed a postgraduate degree in Quality management from Chair Calidad Volkswagen. In the period 2002-2003 she joined the Vehicle Construction Quality department of Volkswagen Navarra, and between 2003 and 2007 she worked as a manager of companies and corporations in BBVA and BANKINTER.

In 2007 he joined the University, in the Economic and Administrative Service, where he was in charge until November 2014 of the management of the Bursar's Office, relationship with banks, support to centers and development of new projects.
