Emma López Diez del Corral (COM'84), new president of the board Alumni of La Rioja
Replaces Ignacio Torroba (FAR'07 MAFG'08), who will remain as board member .

The Alumni board of La Rioja begins the year 2025 with a new president. Emma López Diez del Corral (COM'84), will be in charge of leading this territorial grouping, replacing Ignacio Torroba (FAR'07 MAFG'08).
The director of Alumni, Íñigo Gutierrez (TECNUN'98 | PhD'04), welcomed the new president and thanked Ignacio Arroyo for his involvement with the board and the alumni community of La Rioja. For her part, the new president begins with "great enthusiasm to connect with the alumni community of La Rioja and continue to expand the possibilities of networking, which serves to support each other," she explains.
The new president holds a degree in Information Sciences from the University of Navarra (1993), and works as a General Administration Technician in the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Environment of the Government of La Rioja.

The Alumni Groups or Territorial Alumni Boards are the points of connection between the University of Navarra and its alumni. They are formed, on a voluntary basis, by alumni committed to the University who are responsible for the coordination and management of activities in different geographical areas both in Spain and abroad.
