The group TriviUN organizes the 5th International Symposium on Baroque Theater and Festivals
"Panhifest. Panhispania festiva (I): teatro, fasto y celebración en el Siglo de Oro" will be held at the Casa de Velázquez in Madrid in the last week of June.

On 29 and 30 June, the V International Symposium "Panhifest. Panhispania festiva (I): teatro, fasto y celebración en el Siglo de Oro", organised by the group of research TriviUN, at partnership with the Casa de Velázquez and the Sorbonne University.
The meeting, coordinated by Miguel Zugasti and Ana Zúñiga, will bring together some twenty specialists from national and international institutions and universities who will reflect on dramatic and festive issues in the pan-Hispanic sphere: from Manila to Mexico, via Fitero or Talavera de la Reina.
In addition to papers, researchers and groups from research will have the opportunity to present their most recent publications. Complementary activities are also planned, such as the concert "Festejo músico... y mucho más", at position by Denis Chevallier (flute and voice) and Enrique Pastor (guitar).
This event is part of TriviUN's partnership agreement with Casa de Velázquez and the Sorbonne-Paris IV University, institutions with which the project "Festive Panhispania: celebration, heritage, mentalities" is being developed, which will last three years (2022-2024). During this period, joint publications and various activities are planned to take place at the Madrid headquarters of Casa de Velázquez.
