Rafael Hernández, Professor of Ethics and Theology at ISSA of the University of Navarra, has published a new edition of Assistant Directors: Growth staff, corporate excellence, secretarial values in the business intercultural. It is the first and only book in the world that addresses specific ethical issues for executive assistants and executive secretaries.

The Issue compiles nearly 100 situations, cases, testimonials and interviews with secretarial professionals who share their experience in solving problems in companies, organizations, public administration, trade unions, governments, political parties, healthcare centers, etc. The last part of the book deals with intercultural issues, secretarial work for civil servants and politicians, as well as secretarial work in the health sector.

"Undoubtedly, this work reinforces the thesis of the other three previous editions: incorporating ethics into the field of staff and in the style of work it is a growth that also has an impact on the excellence of companies and organizations," says Professor Rafael Hernández.
