A professor at the University of Navarra develops a project of research on healthy habits among students.
Students who participate in the second phase of the study will be entered in a drawing for 200 pen drives and an electronic diary
Virginia La Rosa, a professor at the School of Nursing of the University of Navarra, is conducting a project of research, in which the students of the academic center themselves are participating. The purpose of the study is to explain the development and the training of intentions for behavioral change and the development of healthy habits. The research is being carried out at partnership with King's College, London.
The first phase of the study was carried out over three years and consisted of an analysis based on a survey, aimed at identifying the changes planned by the students in relation to their health-related behaviors.
The second phase of the study consists of the online submission of three different questionnaires to be collected at three different times over a period of 7 months. The students who participate must be in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of degree program in the whole of sample. In addition, they will participate in a drawing for 200 pendrives and an electronic diary .
