It has been five years since Rafael Hernández Urigüen, professor of Ethics and chaplain at ISSA School of Management Assistants of the University of Navarra, launched an initiative to help the training of Professional Secretarial and Management Assistance Associations in Latin America. Since then, with financial aid from private contributions, he has sent more than a thousand copies of the book Management Assistants: growth staff/ corporate excellence to these training centers in Peru, Chile, Mexico and Argentina so that they can distribute them free of charge to students and professionals who wish to update their knowledge.
Among other professionals, Gricel Arjona Mújica, founder of the association Mexicana de Secretarias y Asistentes Administrativos A.C. (AMEXSAA), which develops training programs for secretaries in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche (Mexico), has received some of these copies for the third consecutive year. Professor Arjona, who is dedicated to training and promoting women in rural areas, is grateful for this work: "Thanks to these shipments from Father Urigüen and his team at the University of Navarra, I have enjoyed expanding my socio-instructional values for my employment professor in the art of serving others".
This book gathers some one hundred situations, cases, testimonials and interviews of professionals who transmit their experience in solving problems related to the world of business and attendance of management.
