The employment rate for graduates of the University of Navarra stands at 92.5%

The study, conducted by the employment Internship and employment Service, analyzes the status of its graduates over the past three years

The report responses from 4,429 graduates, representing a response rate of 55.4%, and analyzes the status the last three graduating classes for Degree Master's Degree, corresponding to the 2022–2023, 2023–2024, and 2024–2025 academic years.

In addition, graduates enter the labor market quickly: 75.5% of graduates who are currently employed found their first employment three months of completing their programs of study.

The study also notes a positive trend in working conditions. The average monthly net salary for graduates stands at 1,927.37 euros, a figure higher than that recorded in the previous edition of report one that confirms the strong demand for these professionals in the labor market.

Talent with national and international reach

One of the most notable aspects of the study is the graduates’ ability to secure career opportunities both within and outside of Navarre. 88.2% work in Spain, primarily in Madrid (47.7%), Navarre (25.5%), and the Basque Country (11.25%).

The training also facilitates access to professional opportunities beyond national borders. 11.8% of graduates are currently working abroad. Among those who completed their degree program , 34.4% of professionals are based in Europe, followed by South America (29.3%), North America (16.3%), and Central America (16.3%).

Beyond employability indicators, the study also reveals a evaluation positive evaluation of the college experience. Graduates particularly highlight the training professional ethics, which received a score 4.54 out of 5, followed by work skills (4.36/5) and the strength of the training they received (4.32/5).
