The ENSAP of Bordeaux, from visit in the School of Architecture
Both schools have an Erasmus website agreement .
Last Friday, September 21, the School of Architecture University of Navarra welcomed 110 students and 10 professors from the ENSAP in Bordeaux. ENSAP of Bordeaux. The French students of this semester will have to carry out a project located in the Pamplona basin. In their visit to the city they toured the banks of the Arga, to learn more about the location of their project which covers both the urban and the design development . After a picnic at the campus, Professor Joaquín Torres Ramo dedicated a session to them where he talked about the urban evolution of Pamplona through its walls with the goal to better understand the city.
After the session with Professor Torres, they shared with the third year Architecture students a session at position of the model maker Gilberto Ruiz where they delved into the process of making models, as well as the use and handling of different materials and the execution process for making conceptual models.
Culminating with a guided visit to the University of Navarra Museum, the ENSAP Bordeaux Architecture students headed back to their School, where they will wait for the University of Navarra Architecture students to return the visit next semester, when they will face a project in their city.
The two schools, which have an Erasmus agreement for students and teachers, are strengthening their relationship with shared activities and teaching .
