Javier Apaolaza (ISSA'19) is part of the organizing team of the benefit concert organized by students to raise funds for the CORE Foundation.
Javier Apaolaza is student a 4th year student at ISSA School of Management Assistants. He likes to "get involved" in university life, both in the organization of congress FORUN and in the organization team of the Resurrection charity concert, a solidarity event launched by students of the University of Navarra, some of them students of the Belagua School, in order to raise funds for the CORE Foundation. high school Mayor Belagua, in order to raise funds for the CORE Foundation.
The Core Foundation works on the social and labor integration of immigrant families in Navarra. It has welcome programs, training for the employment and a socio-educational program for children.
As Javier himself says: "Doing a degree program is not just passing through the University". So financial aid in what he can and is in charge of the social networks of this solidarity event in whose organization involves about fifteen students.
Resurrection is the name of Gustav Mahler's II Symphony, "according to the experts, one of the best symphonies in history", assures Apaolaza. Mahler's Symphony II will be performed by the Orquesta Reino de Aragón and the Orfeón Donostiarra, conducted by Íñigo Pírfano, and with the voices of mezzo-soprano María José Montiel and soprano Carmen Solís.
The concert will take place on Sunday morning, March 3, at 12.30h. in Baluarte. Tickets can be purchased at locker at different prices (30, 40 or 50 euros) or through the event's website: www.csolidario19.com.
