The common thread running through the sessions—featuring the Nutriligero Clinic, Velites, and the Clínica Universidad de Navarra CUN)—was the personalization of service as core topic meet the specific needs of each Username.
The series began with a presentation by Javier Fernández, founder of the Nutriligero Clinic and former student the School of Pharmacy and Nutrition. This scientific methodology aligns directly with the philosophy of the business Velites, represented by Guillermo Riaño and Leyre Fernández from department . In their case, the approach on improving athletes’ performance through the design sports equipment born from active listening. Thanks to this ability to adapt, Velites has achieved international recognition with sponsorships at the CrossFit Games and Hyrox, consolidating its presence in both the B2B channel and direct sales.
Finally, the care-related aspect of this well-being was addressed by Carmen Guitart, director of the Hospitality Service at the Clínica Universidad de Navarra. Guitart described her work as a “great invisible service” that spans everything from food service to cleaning and uniformity at the Pamplona and Madrid campuses. Like the Maintenance Service, Hospitality operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, forming an ecosystem of comprehensive care. For Guitart, these logistics are not separate from the medical process but are part of the treatment: her mission statement is to be “facilitators” for healthcare professionals, families, and patients.
