On June 23rd, the graduation of the students of the two master's degree programs offered at the School Education and Psychology. A total of 50 students of the X Promotion of Master's Degree in Educational and Psychological Intervention (MIEP), and 20 students of the VIII Promotion of Master's Degree University in academic staff (MUP), received their diplomas in the academic act that took place in the classroom Magna of the Central Building of the University of Navarra.

The day began with the celebration of the Holy Mass at chapel of Sciences Building and the Offering to the Virgin of the Beautiful Love at Shrine of Our Lady of Fair Love of campus. Afterwards, the attendees attended the academic ceremony, which was presided over by the dean of the School of Education and Psychology, Concepción Naval and the vice dean of students, Sonia Rivas.

The event was attended by the course delegate, María Cristina del Hierro, on behalf of the students of this MIEP graduating class, and by the MUP student delegate, María de Belén Escobar, on behalf of the MUP students.

After their speeches, full of words of gratitude, feelings, experiences and learning, Professor Juan Cruz Ripoll (see speech), godfather of the X promotion of Master's Degree in Educational and Psychological Intervention, took the floor and, in his speech, wanted to emphasize the importance of learning knowledge. Professor Ripoll offered the attendees four concepts, organized from less to more complex: the data , "those small units of information that are what we can find with search engines", information, "the set of organized and structured data ", the knowledge, "the meeting of information with experience", and wisdom, that "combination of knowledge and values or ethics". The MIEP sponsor invited them to "always continue incorporating new data, reflecting on them and organizing them, while acquiring a deep and extensive experience, not forgetting to strengthen your values".

For her part, the godmother of the VIII promotion of the University Master's Degree of academic staff and director of the same, Professor Elena Arbués, warned the students that being a teacher is more than a official document or the mastery of a discipline, "it is a life choice. To be a teacher is to assume both the presentation of knowledge and the monitoring of its assimilation". He also encouraged them to overcome their initial fear when facing their first classes by relying "on the eternal universal truths and realities of the heart, without which what we undertake is ephemeral: respect, generosity, service, solidarity, understanding, justice and equanimity. Without ethical values, without a noble aspiration, it is impossible to contribute to the achievement of a truly human society; and this concerns us, and very much so, at educational," he said.
