Ignacio Arellano participates in the International congress ""Y tan alta vida espero... "Santa Teresa o la llama permanente"" (And so high life I hope... "Saint Teresa or the permanent flame).
The symposium was recently held at the Complutense University of Madrid.
Professor Ignacio Arellano, Full Professor of Literature of the department of Philology and Director of the group of research Siglo de Oro(GRISO) of the University of Navarra, participated in the congress International ""And so high life I hope..."" Santa Teresa or the permanent flame. From 1515 to 2015", recently held at the Complutense University of Madrid.
In his discussion paper, which took place in the auditorium of the School of Philology, Professor Arellano analyzed the abundant presence of "Santa Teresa in the theater of the Golden Age".
This meeting, directed by Dr. Esther Borrego Gutiérrez, is framed in the context of the numerous activities developed throughout this year on the occasion of the V Centenary of the birth of St. Teresa of Jesus (1515-2015).
