The high school Las Tablas Valverde, winner of the II Ephemeral Architecture Competition

The students visited the School of Architecture to coincide with the workshop Open Doors and built their own proposal

The work of group Hilando from high school of Fomento Las Tablas Valverde obtained the recognition for the best design and construction. Lucentum, also from high school Fomento Altozano, was the winner of the public's award with 649 "likes". The jury decided submit a special accredited specialization to the proposal Colloquium of high school Canigó, due to the close final vote.

The work Hilando by Luis Barcala Ramón-Borja, José Luis Calcasola Camps, Matías Carlander-Reuterfelt Gallo, José Vicente Cortés Bravo, Hugo González-Barros Medina, Luis Herrero Paramio, Victor Ibarburu Martín, Jacobo Pérez-Herrero Bazal, was the winner among the 12 proposals submitted to the second edition of this contest.

The proposal consisted of building a space dedicated to meeting, reflecting the social dimension of the person. Using red threads, metaphorically, as communicating blood vessels, they wanted to symbolize the links that individuals have with their environment, creating a sense of order, balance and rhythm.

The jury, made up of members of the development team and professors of the School of ArchitectureThe jury, made up of members of the work team and teachers from the school, evaluated the work and its relation to the technical drawing syllabus, the originality of the , the economic sustainability of the project, the ease of assembly and the location of the project and its impact on the environment.

Accompanied by a teacher, the winners visited the School on April 15 and 16 and had the opportunity to set up their proposal in one of the workshops.
