The 230 international students of School of Economics celebrate the "International Day".
A total of 240 local students will take an academic exchange this academic year at one of the 107 partner universities.
The 230 international students studying from exchange this academic year at School of Economics at the University of Navarra have celebrated International Day. During the workshop, the entrance hall of the Amigos Building is filled with booths representing the partner universities, and local students from each of them explain to interested parties directly why it is worthwhile to choose that destination as exchange.
This academic year 2015-2016 there are 230 international students of exchange in the School of Economics. They come from one of the 107 partner universities, which are located in 37 countries on five continents.
A total of 240 local students will carry out an academicexchange in one of these partner Schools : 210 through the International Office Office of School of Economics and another 30 directly through pathway professor of the Economics, Leadership and Governance Program, also managed by the Office.
In addition to exchanges, "the School of Economics offers other ways for students to internationalize their curriculum", explains Mª Carmen Bielza, director of the Office of International Office: "They have at their disposal the summer courses of other universities, the institute of modern languages of the University of Navarra, the Erasmus scholarship program, the volunteer activities international through Tantaka...", she explains.
The Office of International Office also offered two informative talks for students to learn in advance about the necessary procedures to formalize their application from exchange.
