Pope Francis appoints Francisco Conesa Ferrer as bishop of Menorca

Pope Francis has appointed Francisco Conesa Ferrer as the new bishop of the Diocese of Menorca. He was currently pastor and President of the Basilica of Santa Maria de Elche, in the Diocese of Orihuela-Alicante.
